You need to have a Pentium based PC with atleast 256 MB RAM, CD and Internet Connection.

You would need some software which can be downloaded from the internet:

1. Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
2. Adobe Acrobat Reader
3. Java Run Time Version

For Insurance Courses, you can pay the requisite fees to the nearest TIM Authorised Centre along with the sponsoror’s details, a copy of certificate of Higher Secondary and two photographs.

For all other courses you can buy a course by registering yourself on TIM E-learning portal and by paying through Demand Draft in favor of “Trade Wings Infotech Ltd.” payable at “New Delhi” and sending the same at Trade Wings Infotech Ltd., B-6, Sagar Apartments, 6 Tilak Marg, New Delhi, 110001.

You need to install the TIM E-learning software on your computer provided in the CD and study the courses.

You will note that all course material is provided in the CD, access time allotted to you is more than the duration hours, taking in consideration the extra time utilized in downloading and multiple time reading required. Our learners are expected to be serious and a minimum of an hour for sitting be spent by them. The course can be accessed as many times as wished but within access time period. This period starts when you receive the confirmation from us getting user name and password after enrolment. The password to the course invalidates at the end of the period.

To curb such issues we keep a strict vigil on utilization of the courses. On confirm enrollment we send you a mail giving you the details of your registration and expiry of time. If a learner has not started studying after 7 days of enrollment, we will send him mail informing him about access time that is being unutilized. When only 10 days remain to access period to get over, a similar mail will be sent. In case of non-response, the learner renews his account by paying an amount that is 40% lower than the original cost. This will re-entitle him to the full access time. Upgrade packs of 50 hrs, shall also be available at prices notified per course.
