About 50% of the students who come to TIM are sure of what they want, the other 50% are not. We try and help them, by giving the right guidance and the right directions. Using our experience, we assess the suitability of the person for a particular career. In certain cases, we have dissuaded young persons from joining up and advised different avenues.
